What we collect

• Account data — your email and name from Clerk when you sign up.
• Monitored domains — the domains you ask us to watch and their public DNS / DMARC report data.
• Header analyses — when you paste a header into /analyze, we store the raw text + parsed verdict for caching and so you can share the result. We do not associate it with your account.
• Validator inbox metadata — if you connect an inbox to the contributor network, we store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest. We never read messages outside the warm-up emails we sent.

What we share

We send diagnosis JSON to OpenRouter (an LLM gateway routing to Anthropic Claude) to generate fix instructions. This payload may include sending IPs and DNS state from the analysed message; we do not include account identifiers or unredacted email bodies.

Retention

Header analyses expire automatically. Domain snapshots and DMARC reports are retained while the domain is being monitored.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing hello@conductor.fyi.
