1. Service

Conductor is an email deliverability monitoring and diagnostics service. Conductor is located at 255 David Low Way, Peregian Beach QLD 4573, Australia.

2. Acceptable use

You must not use Conductor to harvest data, scrape at volume, or perform domain checks on infrastructure you don't own or operate.

3. Contributor network

If you participate in the validator network, you authorise Conductor to send warm-up emails to your registered inbox(es) and to use OAuth scopes limited to moving messages between folders. We never send mail as you and never read your unrelated mail.

4. Liability

Conductor is provided as-is. We aren't responsible for deliverability outcomes — we report on what your DNS and authentication look like, but inbox placement depends on factors outside our control (recipient providers, content reputation, list quality).
